Two gamification designs are developed and used during two gamified interventions with self-managing teams at ING Operational Services. These interventions are conducted for with two self-managing teams for 2 and 4 full weeks. The reserach included Interviews, brainstorm sessions, questionnaires, focus groups and de-briefIng meetings. The development of both a working gamification system and a theoretical framework of gamification for self-managing team was within the scope of this research project.
