 Abstract

This graduation project has been designed an interface of a planning and scheduling tool for oil terminals. Oil terminals play an important role in the global energy supply chain. It has a lot of expensive infrastructure and a need for efficient and effective planning. Simulation technology of Systems Navigator offers an opportunity to design an efficient planning tool for oil terminals. Therefore the focus of this project is on how to make this technology easily accessible, useful and usable through a user interface and advanced information visualizations.
