The societal reputation of Vodafone Nederland and the telecommunications industry leaves room for improvement. Machine-to-machine is a technology with many benefits for business and society. To improve reputation and show the positive impact of mobile connectivity on society, a framework is designed. This framework builds on a developed communication strategy to externally communicate the value of sustainability of machine-to-machine solutions.
