Residual Material-based design is an unexplored strategy for sustainable design. In this project success factors for residual material application were identified on the following aspects: - Entrepreneurship - Sustainability - The design process The findings were translated to a pragmatic approach for the company The developed approach was evaluated by applying it in a design case.
