Faculty Civil Engineering and Geosciences Department Hydraulic Engineering Date 1994-03-01 Abstract Data analysis of Delta flume observations and calculationsThe objective of the present study is to analyse the measurement data of profiles and velocity moments, to derive the measured cross-shore sediment transport rates from the profile records and to compare the observed transport rates with the results from several existing prediction models of cross-shore sediment transport. This report is a summary of preliminary analysis and calculations of 2 tests with test number 2A and 2B. The report includes profile analysis, the derivation of measured transport rates, the computations of cross-shore transport rate by Bailard's formula and t h e comparison between the measured and the computed results.
