The question remains how this can be applied on a large scale while maintaining on-time delivery and the quality of results. This paper develops and evaluates such a standardized TI process. The key elements for upscaling the technology intelligence are presented and the main characteristics, benefits, and challenges are discussed. A case, drawn upon corporate experiences in light of a project with more than 200 technology analyses is discussed. A new standardized technology intelligence process to enable upscaling and recommendations for the future best practices are related.
