Shop-in-Shop retail design concepts for Playsam

This master thesis shows a series of shop?in?shop retail design concepts together with a marketing strategy for Playsam. Concepts in three sizes are developed based on the space offered by the retailers, demonstrating the brand identity and providing new shopping experience. The guidance of retail design is developed into brand books for distributors and retailers so that the bonding between the major players in value chain is strengthened. Moreover, the new marketing strategy is designed to connect all the possible touchpoints, customers’ satisfaction is increased, brand image is enhanced and thus lead to better marketing outcome.
