The communication of model results from modellers to policy-makers has not received much attention by scholars. While, without correct interpretation and correct use of model results the quality of the model itself is irrelevant for the impact of the model on policy. This research analyses this gap in literature by looking at a system from model to policy, using the case of the 2017 office policy of Amsterdam.
