Getting the right workforce at the right time is a very hard job in a constantly changing labor market. To make this job a little bit easier a workforce planning tool has been developed. This tool supports Human Resource Specialists with giving insight into how an organizations workforce will develop in the near future. The tool has been developed, building on the expertise of field experts and it has been validated in several different ways. This tool will enable fast informed decision making that with the help of the tool’s Excel interface can be easily communicated to the organizations management.
