Enhancing videogames through coloured light

Video gaming habits were studied based on literature research, a context mapping study and a user study. Based on that 4 different types of gamers were created (social, immersion, fitness, party). A consumer luminiare was designed that would fit the characteristics of all 4 categories, and that would allow users to place within their living rooms.
