The supply chain process operates as a link connecting firms and industries to deliver a product or service to the end customer. The procurement activity in the supply chain process plays a vital role in providing the materials for production and consequently to business sales of the firm. Over the years, the technological development and integration of information technology in procurement process have transformed manual information sharing to a more automatized system of Enterprise Resource Systems (ERP) in the business to the business operational platform. The growing importance of green practices in manufacturing firms and the research gap reviewed in the literature addressing the relation between ERP systems on green supply chain motivates to carry out this research. In this report, I attempt to answer the research question formulated addressing the relation between ERP and Green supply chain operational performance through a Case study. The research is carried out structurally adhering to the research framework developed in the initial stages of background study. I follow the case study methodology to collect the relevant data to reflect on the conceptual model developed through literature review and to answer the research question. Finally, I conclude the research by providing recommendations based on the analysis and reflect on the limitations and future research prospects.
