The research involves influential factors such as statistics on Dutch renovation, awareness, knowledge, building process and available products. This is then translated into a solution called the 'Dwelling Configurator'. This program provides information and awareness, as wel as a case-specific virtual 'trial' for a potential renovation, with existing products and prices.
