Abstract

Andreas Angelidakis is an architect who likes mountains and clouds and websites as much as buildings and trees and people. He maintains an experimental practice in Athens, Greece, a studio involved in building, designing and speculating the contemporary ecosystem of screens and landscapes. He usually operates at the intersection of systems: Art and Architecture, Virtual and Real, Building and Nature, Ruin and Construction. The medium he uses is the habitation, of buildings, clouds, spaces, furniture, videos, online communities or exhibition spaces (Athens Biennial, MUSAC, Fargfabriken), while writing, blogging and teaching.

Felix Burrichter is founder, editor, and creative director of architecture and design magazine Pin-Up. Originally trained as an architect, he is also a regular contributor to the men’s fashion magazine Fantastic Man and to T: The New York Times Style Magazine.

Tom Vandeputte is a researcher, writer, and editor working in London and Amsterdam. He is currently writing his doctoral thesis at the London Consortium, Birkbeck College. He is also a visiting lecturer in media theory and visual culture at the Free University Amsterdam and the Institute of the Arts in Arnhem. Since 2008, he has been a member of the editorial board of the architecture journal OASE. As a writer, Vandeputte has contributed to a variety of books and magazines, including Log and Volume. He completed his studies in architecture at the TU Delft and ETH Zürich with distinction and honorable mentions, and received a Master in Research degree with distinction from the London Consortium. He is currently preparing a publication on critical experiments in education with Bedford Press/AA Publications, London.
