So the goal was to improve the inclusivity of the modern city, Rotterdam in this case. The focus of this design project was artists. The research goes into artists and their issues, gentrification and possible strategies to solve those issues. It also delves into historical artist housing. The design itself revolves around the incorporation of those lessons from history into modern times and deals with the creation of a community of artists and art enthusiasts.
