In this graduation project a new consultancy service has been developed for a company that traditionally offers educational services to their clients in the processing industry. By using Service Design methods such as the Service Blueprinting technique, insights were gained in current services and opportunities for new service design. In the project, a new Service Design tool has been developed, which is called the Expanded Service Blueprint. This model describes the service with less emphasis on processes within the company. Unlike the traditional service blueprint model, it provides a framework that creates insights in the service from both the company and their client. Second difference in this model from other models is the addition of relevant internal and external factors that could directly influence the service. Placing the service in a context. Result of the project is a new service that uses an existing analyzing tool of the company. This analyzing tool that normally starts educational programs, is already a strong competitive advantage, but is now transformed and positioned in such a way that it can be used for the company's consultancy business.
